Here is what's making news this week:
Say, "Hello!" to "Hello Hurricane" this November

Switchfoot it set to release their 7th full-length album, "Hello Hurricane" on November 10th. It's the first studio album since 2006's "Oh! Gravity". Frontman Jon Foreman views the album as 'a new beginning', allowing the band to depart from the past and build on Switchfoot's foundation puctuated by hard-hitting instrumentation and soaring choruses, elevating the music to a new level.
"Hello Hurricane acknowledges the storms that tear through our lives," said Foreman. "This album is an attempt to respond to those storms with an element of hope, trying to understand what it means to be hopeful in a world that keeps on spinning."
Side note: Switchfood will be opening for my all time favorite band, Dave Matthews Band, this Saturday and Sunday in Southern California.
